Located in a beautiful green setting of 5000 m², in the heart of Anjou, 30 km north of Saumur. A main house composed of 3 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine that can accommodate 15 people. Possibility to have a chalet (30 meters away) for an extra charge (between €80 - €160/night depending on the date chosen) for 4 people with bathroom and toilet. Tennis court, volleyball, trampoline, ping pong table, foosball are available. Possibility to rent kitchen appliances (raclette, fondue...) The space The rented house contains 4 bedrooms, including one on the mezzanine. It is equipped with a kitchen (2 large fridges, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) Guest access The house is accessible at all points as well as the outside except the swimming pool in winter and the small chalets.
