This first floor 3-bedroom flat is situated at Altintepe-Bostanci. Just a few minutes walk away from the sea-side where you can go for a walk, jog or a bike ride. You can even organise a picnic on the greens. All cafes, restaurants, bars/pubs on Bagdat Caddesi are within a walking distance to the apartment. Easy reach to transportation links such as Marmaray, new Bostanci metro(M8) and IDO ferry. Yellow Dolmus to Kadikoy or Taksim through Bagdat Caddesi is a bonus. Location is very central. The space This is the apartment I live in when I am in Istanbul. The apartment is a three-bedroom but only two of the bedrooms are used for sleeping. Queen size beds in both the bedrooms. The other room is used as laundry room, dressing room and storage. The flat is refurbished to a high standard and boasts a modern architecture elaborating all home comfort and privacy. The living room is spacious with a dining table and loads of space to relax. There is a balcony in the living room which you also have access from the kitchen. Within a few minutes walking distance from the apartment, you will be able to reach Bostanci Meydani which you can find coffeeshops, restaurants and pubs. You can cook almost anything if you feel like preparing something in the flat. There are a few supermarkets as well as grocery stores around. Super easy to do the grocery shopping. Online shopping is also an option if you don't feel like walking/carrying. The bathroom is very relaxing. A large shower that you won't ever want to get out of. Dryer, iron, iron board, hair dryer are available and ready for your use. Lots of storage within the flat. Full closet and drawer spaces are ready for the guests. Guest access A check-in process will be planned and scheduled. It will be me or somebody from my family who will check you in and give the instructions. Other things to note The space is not suitable for events or parties.
