La Latina Treehouse is your special stay in Madrid if you are a lover of design, architecture and fun. The space is a cozy 30sqmeter loft-like treehouse with all your indispensables for a comfortable hype feeling in Madrid. It is situated in trendy Rastro-La Latina neighborhood surrounded by young vibrant artisan shops, bars and cafes and walking distance to all your center landmarks (Plaza Mayor, La Latina, Gran Via, Sol). The space There is a queen size bed in top mezanine sleeping 2 and a sofa-bed in lower living-room sleeping one adult or two children. Exterior balcony. It is my apartment when in Madrid so expect cooking utensils, books, food, spices, art and loads of natural light. Guest access The apartment is a second floor in a building with NO elevator/lift. The access staircase is narrow so please have that in mind when booking. If you are not a light traveler this may not be the place for you. Other things to note Some windows have blinds, others do not. Do not expect full blackout. Second floor with no elevator. There are restaurants and bars in the area as it is a lively neighborhood, there is potential for noise (people chatting , not music) until 12-1 am. It is a fun made-to-measure house made for those who value design and look for a unique local stay in the city full of soul and detail. Have in mind some of my belongings will be there as it is not exclusively a rental apartment. Children are welcome but take into consideration it is not a children safe apartment as it has inside staircases and hanging gangways with no railing. If you are two guests but still wish to use the sofa-bed please let me know in advance as we will leave sheets and bedding + it would be an extra 40 euros pero trip additional cost.
