Room 3 - king single. Wake up to dawn over the ocean and expansive views of the Poor Knights, coast and islands. Boat parking and wash down, washing machine, dryer, outside toilet. Outdoor space, and big Weber BBQ. Short drive to Tutukaka marina, shops and beautiful beaches. Cot, highchair and kids toys available. The space Three bedroom modern home all on one level. Sleeps 5, in two double and one single rooms. Comfortable beds. Master bedroom has a king bed, with two long singles that can zip into a Cali king in the other. King single in the third. Hallway, bathroom and shower are extra width. Two separate toilets, one in laundry. Washer and dryer. Family holiday so the kitchen is fully appointed with everything you'll need. Extra towels and linen. Quiet with fabulous sea views. New big Weber BBQ. Ample parking for cars and boats. Washdown and filleting bench. There is no Wifi but if you really need it you can access it next door. Guest access Whole house and property. Owner/neighbours on a separate property but you'll have your privacy. Shared driveway and boat parking with good turnaround next door. Other things to note There are books and toys in the house and kids are welcome to come next door and use the trampoline and swings if you let us know.
