Canmore’s downtown core and amenities surround you. An elevator takes you from your heated underground parking spot. Cuddle up in front of the fireplace and awe out the massive windows at the majesty of the Three Sisters and Ha Ling Peak. The condo offers easy access to the Canadian Rockies where you can experience outstanding hiking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, 4 world-class ski hills, and is a 20-minute drive from the historic town of Banff. Massive 23-foot vaulted ceilings are unique in this building to this penthouse floor plan with over 1,200 sq feet of living space, this is one of the most spacious and impressive units in the building. High end and log style furniture created the modern vacation home you have been going for. The fitness center and romantic open air rooftop hot tub with 360 degree Bow Valley Views are conveniently placed just steps away. Kitchen The large kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes and cooking utensils. Basic salting will also be provided like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. It is the perfect place to treat family and friends to delicious gourmet meals. Living & Dining Room There is a designer couch with Italian leather in the living room, with a 65” TV next to the beautiful view of Canmore. For Dining, it is set up as dinning for four but with the potential to comfortably sit six with the extension. Bedrooms & Bathroom There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and equipped with a log style king size bed. Secondary bedroom is located on the main floor and equipped with a log style queen size bed. Both bedrooms will have access to their own 4-piece bathroom. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, hair dryer and cotton swab will be provided during the stay. Patio – Good size balcony equipped with BBQ Grill, Patio Furniture and best mountain view in Canmore – Facing Three Sisters and East Mount Rundle. Laundry – Both Samsung steam washer and dryer are available plus laundry tablets will be provided. Iron board will be provided in the laundry room. Parking – There is one designated heated, secure, underground parking spot provided during the stay. Additional street parking is available on the Railway Avenue. Hot Tubs & Gym – The outdoor hot tub is located on the top of the building with an extraordinary view. Gym room is also located next to the unit with extra large windows during the workout. Both Hot Tubs & Gym are available for booking online for 30 minutes. National Park Pass – Pass will be provided in the condo and can be used for one car at a time. However, we cannot guarantee it will be there if the previous guest did not return. We have a pantry room locked for housekeeping supplies. Other things to note Our unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests. It is best suited for independent travellers that do not require the services of a hotel such as front desk, concierge and maintenance. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as we can, but there is no one living on-site.
