Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Studio condo, full kitchen, one bed with a pullout sofa. First floor unit with pool access right outside your door. On the Boca Ciaga bay, just 6 min walk to the beach! Public transportation, leave your car! Fishing dock, swimming pool, tourist attractions, come and relax and have a good time! Ask about our boat slips and bring your boats and jet skis too! Comes with an umbrella and 2 beach chairs The space Updated unit with butcher block counter-tops and central air. Guest access Grill, pool, cabana, the bay, shuffleboard, fishing dock and coin-op laundry Other things to note Parking: Your rental includes the use of 1 (unassigned) parking spot. Please let us know that you'll be using that spot by texting your tag number or a photo of your license plate, room number, and dates of stay to the number in the office window. Also let us know if you'll have visitors that need an additional parking spot during your stay, and we will try to accommodate. Paid off street parking available nearby. If you cause any car to park in our lot without our explicit permission, their vehicle will be subject to be towed and you may incur a $50 charge. Please park within the lines. The spots at the end of the left/west bulding, near the dumpster, are more accommodating to larger vehicles. Due to insurance and space restrictions, no trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked on premises. Suggestions for the local storage of boat trailers while using the boat slips can usually be provided upon request. Pool: There are usually air mattresses, floats, etc. in the rack on the office side of the pool. Feel free to borrow them, but please return them to the rack when you finish using them. Please returning any pool furniture that you use to its original location, and do not remove any furniture from the pool area. Please take any towels, clothing, or other belongings that you bring into the pool area with you when you depart. The pool is heated, and open from sunrise to sunset. Any guest caught trying to enter the pool area outside of these hours may be subject to a $50.00 fine, possible involvement of the local authorities, and immediate termination of your rental without refund. Courtesy: Quiet time is to be observed in all areas after 10pm. No parties are allowed inside any of the units at any time. If you do have a party inside a unit, or in the common areas without explicit permission of the management, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund, charge an additional $75 fee + $50 cleaning costs, and hold you financially responsible for all damages. Out of respect for the other guests, the playing of loud music is not allowed - inside OR outside the units. Please adhere to a respectful noise level at all times when sitting or walking on the breezeways, outside of others' rooms. Laundry: We have - one each - a washer and dryer that can accept coins, or you can use a credit card via the phone app, PayRange. Sorry, but we do not have vending machines for change or laundry supplies. The guest laundry can be accessed through the entrance behind the office with a door code, provided on request. Respect: Please show proper respect to all members of the staff, other guests, owners, and visitors. Politely ask rather than demand - preferably using "please" - when requesting services or supplies from the staff. Profanity or disrespect to staff members will NOT be tolerated. The use of foul language around other guests is prohibited. Amenities: Sometimes beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, carts, fishing equipment, etc. may be available for use during your stay from the office. These are not guaranteed, only available on a first come/first serve basis. Cribs, playpens, pac 'n' plays, or similar equipment, due to health and safety concerns, are not provided. There are local companies that will deliver/pickup such items, for an additional charge, sanitized and ready for use during your stay. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and/or to the contents of their unit. This will include bath towels, washcloths, dish towels, beach towels, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, comforters, blankets, beach gear, fishing equipment, or any other non-disposable items that were removed during/after their stay. (*These will be carefully inventoried after each guest's departure, and will include any applicable delivery, assembly, and service costs.)
