The space Carolina Park | Modern Apartment in Marbella's Golden Mile Located in the prestigious Golden Mile, Carolina Park is a classic residential condominium that combines elegance, comfort, and a prime location. This cozy apartment is prepared to host up to 3 guests, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay in one of Marbella’s most exclusive areas. Upon entering, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy home-cooked meals. The bright and spacious living room features air conditioning (hot/cold), comfortable sofas, and a Smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the city. The main bedroom includes a double bed and wardrobe space, while the second bedroom has a single bed, ideal for a third guest. The bathroom is practical and well laid out, offering a spacious sink area, shower, bidet, and a washing machine for your convenience. One of the highlights of the apartment is its private terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers — a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or unwind with views of the garden and communal pool. The apartment’s decor is modern, warm, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. WiFi connection included. *We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Guest access We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in. You can pick up the keys at a specific location and then enter the unit on your own. This option is free of charge. Otherwise, someone will be waiting for you on the apartment. In this option, there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€. *Crib available upon request at additional cost *Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost. * Pool is open usually from May to October every year. Please check with us to see if the pool will be open during your visit. Other things to note *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning.
