Moving to the lower level the property boasts three bedrooms, with master en-suite, a further family bathroom and separate WC. Both bathrooms boast a full bath with shower over. Bedroom one can be optioned as a twin rather than super king for more flexibility upon request. Laundry facilities and storage for your golf clubs or bikes can be found in the attached garage space. The Doocot is accessed by a private driveway and is set in its own grounds. A decked area to the rear of the property allows for outside drinks or dining whilst enjoying the picturesque views.
