Keep in mind, if you add more people to your group after booking the rate may adjust slightly. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for each additional person after the initial 10 people. This keeps our rates low and affordable for our average group size for this listing and helps us charge an appropriate fee for the additional linens and utilities used by a larger group size.
