The space Stay with us and have a beautiful sleep on our queen bed with a foam mattress that is great for back support. We can provide an extra floor mattress upon request. My family's favorite spot is the cozy dining nook at the bay window where you can share a nice meal together while enjoying the calming view of the Mactan Channel/sea. This nook can easily be converted to a study or working area also. We have an internet wifi for both work and/or entertainment. Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking tools where you can conveniently prepare your food. Our toilet and bath has a shower heater. Guest access Guests can access the amenity area on the 5th floor. Our registered guests (upto 3 pax) can use the lap pool, kiddie pool, gym, outdoor exercise equipment and playground for free. Construction and fit-outs of other units maybe on-going. Other things to note 1.) For security purposes, we would like to request for a copy of your valid IDs (for locals) and passports (for foreigners). These will be submitted to the property management for you to have a smooth stay and experience. Since this is a residential condominium, the place is well secured and no guest will be allowed to enter the premises without the necessary permits.
