A Kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer/ice maker, single cup coffee maker, toaster oven, double burner electric hot plate, dishwasher and basic kitchen essentials. The living room space offers a Smart Flat Screen TV with Cable and comfortable new furnishings. Sea La Vie has their own designated parking spot on the Right Side of carport along with bistro table/chairs and a shared outdoor shower to use after the sandy beach days. Looking to have a Laid Back and chill experience.... this is your place. There is also an interior door in Sea La Vie that stays locked at all times and no one has access to your space and you do not enter their space/upstairs residence. This door is keyed and stays locked at all times. Guest access Lower level apartment, Outside Shower, Right Side Carport is Dedicated just for West Of Eden Guests and parking along with an outdoor Bistro Table and Chairs, shared outdoor shower and a shared hot tub! *OFF Limits are the following : Locked interior stairwell, Exterior stairs and deck spaces along with rear yard are off limits. Other things to note *The family stays upstairs from time to time and you may hear them at times. Also, when the family is there, you may see them in the driveway. The family is extremely friendly and happy to have you at Sea La Vie.
