Casa "dos palmeras" in Finca Arabí is a charming newly built rural accommodation with touches of typical Canarian architecture. The cottage is located inside a private farm with fruit trees, aqueduct, chickens, orchards, horses and snack bar. Fantastic rural enclave to connect with nature. Just 13 minutes (9.5 km) from Reina Sofia International Airport and 18 minutes (11 km) from the best beaches of the municipality, such as Playa de el Médano and La Tejita. The space The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, coffee making area and infusions. The living area: flat-screen TV, comfortable armchair, poff. Private bathroom: with shower, heater and hairdryer. Bedroom: Spacious double bed with ocean view, mountain and terrace exit. Terrace: with wooden pergola, it consists of armchairs and an outdoor table. You may also find a small private laundry room (washing machine and clothesline). Finally, we find the private garden on two heights with bamboo outdoor shower, two lounge chairs and a small table with two chairs to enjoy coffee or tea watching the sunset. The whole house has a lot of natural light thanks to its windows in all the rooms. Guest access Finca Arabí is a 2.5 hectare property in which the "Dos Palmeras" casita is located. Located in the southeast of the island in a quiet and safe area (if you need us we reside on the estate itself). It's great for disconnecting from the daily grind and connecting with nature. Guests will enjoy a rural and quiet atmosphere, just minutes from the sea and the mountain, but at the same time close to urban housing such as San Isidro and Granadilla de Abona, where you can find all the services of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies... Ideal house for outdoor sports enthusiasts (hiking, hiking, climbing, cycling, windsurfing, golf...) these are some of the sports that can be practiced in the surroundings. 6 minutes (3 km) from the house we find the "Rancho Bonanza", they organize different horseback excursions for all levels and ages, walks in the middle of nature, exits from the mountain to the coast crossing various volcanic areas. 10 minutes (7 km) from the house we find the"jable caves" in the village of Chimiche. A different place with incredible jable stone caves that characterize the southern part of Tenerife. The interior and shape of these caves is amazing, a rich landscape of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona. 13 minutes (9.9 km) from the house we find the village of Las Vegas. A beautiful 16th century cottage with a hermitage , recreational area, snack and stone-era constructions (its famous ovens and galleries) that allow us to know the unique characteristics of traditional Canarian architecture. This natural setting includes Canarian pine forest areas, as well as endemic island plant species (Tibas, Verodes, Taginastes, etc.). It has numerous trekking routes.
