Highlights of the apartment are the spacious living room with fireplace, the large roof terrace and the unusual and elegant equipment. The location right at the Schlosspark is also quiet, yet you can reach the center and the Oktoberfest meadow within a few minutes. The space The accommodation is equipped with the following: The living dining area is generous and flooded with light. The dining table can accommodate six people, in the living area cozy armchairs and sofas invite you to relax. An open fireplace is available for a cozy mood in the evening. There is a flat screen TV and a Sonos speaker system. The fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances includes everything you need to cook. Basics such as spices, vinegar and oil as well as coffee are available. The apartment has two bedrooms. In the large bedroom, a king-size bed is available, and in the small bedroom, a sofa bed that can be folded out into a cozy bed for 2 children or petite people. For bookings with 4 people, we also provide an additional futon. The apartment has a large bathroom with a window, a double sink, a shower and a bathtub. An extra toilet is also available. Highlight of the apartment is the 100m2 roof terrace, to which you have access from every room. In the terrace there is another outdoor fireplace, another dining area for five people, a gas grill and sunbeds. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Check-in is contactless via key safe. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Pets are allowed, but we have to charge an additional fee to perform intensive cleaning after departure.
