Thank you♥️ The space The property is located in the center of Patar community which means, residences and transient houses are everywhere. Since it is in the center, expect a crowded area and parking is a first come first served basis. White Beach access is a 1-2 minutes walk from the property. Sari-sari stores, talipapas (little wet market) and only a few steps away while Bolinao light house is 5 min walk. Guest access Free access to the beach with free open cottage for guest to use. Other things to note The property is not beach front it's 1min.walk going to the beach. It’s in the middle of other transient houses and local residences. It’s crowded at times but definitely it’s a safe area and neighbors are friendly.
