Green Hill Residence - an exclusive home in Karpacz

A family trip, with friends or just the two of you - you will feel at home with us, and even better. We have prepared a relaxation area for our guests on the terrace in the garden. You can freely barbecue here, have a feast for 10 people at a large table, bask in the sun, or take a nap in a hammock. Every child will find plenty of toys, coloring books, games and books. Don't forget your four-legged friends. We have blankets, beds and bowls for them. The space Green Hill is a unique place to relax for 9 exceptional guests. We made sure that everyone who crosses the threshold of the residence feels special. Green Hill can accommodate up to 9 guests, consists of 4 bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area, a spacious kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house has two unique terraces – the one downstairs in the garden, where you can relax among the greenery after all-day hikes, and the one upstairs, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of Śnieżka and the nearby surroundings. Our house is a perfect place for a comfortable rest for families with small children, a group of friends, as well as a couple. Four-legged friends are very welcome here. Ground floor: Hallway - with a comfortable seat, a place for shoes and jackets. Bathroom – bright with a window, equipped with a large shower cabin with a rain shower, a washbasin standing on the counter and a large cabinet. The living room is the heart of the residence, a place to spend time together chatting, playing board games and watching TV. The TV has access to satellite TV, and the WiFi router provides fiber optic, high-speed Internet throughout the property. In the living room there is also a large, fold-out table designed for special tasks – you can easily host Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve for all guests. Straight from the living room you go out to a spacious terrace lined with composite board, equipped with garden furniture, where among the greenery and tranquility you can observe nature with a glass of wine and gain energy for the next days. Bedroom No. 1 - a large room with 1 double bed (160x200 cm mattress), 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm mattress) and a wardrobe. Here you will also find our historic "Entertainment Wardrobe", where everyone will find something for themselves – books, board games, toys, blocks, crayons, coloring books and books. Kitchen – large and comfortable, fully equipped with the necessary appliances: built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine. In the cabinets there are: tableware for a dozen or so people, pots, pans, cups and plates for the youngest and bowls for four-legged pets. Here you will find a starter set – coffee, tea and sugar. In the kitchen there is a large table with chairs, where you can spend the evening playing board games and talking with mood lighting. First floor: Bedroom 2 – with a double bed (mattress 160 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and a seat. Bedroom No. 3 – with a double bed (mattress 140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a cabinet. Bedroom 4 – with two single beds (mattresses 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a cabinet. Bathroom - bright with a window, with a large shower cabin and a rain shower, two countertop washbasins, a spacious cabinet, a seat and a washing machine. Here you go out onto a huge terrace equipped with terrace furniture and armchairs, from where you can admire all the nearby peaks and enjoy the silence of the neighboring meadow. At the Green Hill residence, we provide guests with: - bed linen and towels, - basic cosmetics – hand soap, shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner, - access to a dryer, ironing board and iron, - starter set: coffee, tea, sugar, - equipment for the youngest - high chair, travel cot, - a bed, bowls and blankets for four-legged pets. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms in the house except the technical room (basement).
