Come enjoy our 10 acres of peace and tranquility. Just 10 minutes from I-75 & a quick 12 min to the National Fairgrounds Agricultural center in Perry. We offer a discount for Fairground participants We’re also happy to work with your show schedule. A short 25 minute drive to Warner Robins AFB. And a great stopping point on your way back and forth to Florida. Sit outside for bird & deer watching, enjoy the chickens walking around, have a bonfire or use Hi speed internet throughout house. The space This spacious 2200 sq ft. fully tiled home has everything including an open concept kitchen and a spacious living area allowing for easy comfort. The kitchen boasts a large island, cabinets loaded with all the essentials for cooking, and full capacity appliances. If you like to cook outdoors, there is a gas grill to use. Grill outside while enjoying the outdoor fireplace. If you want more of an outdoor experience feel free to cook at the bonfire located in the backyard. Remember the s’mores. All three bedrooms have walk in closets for your convenience. The master bedroom has a Roku TV and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized tub and walk in shower. Guest access Guest house, grill area and yard. Other things to note We love our Fairground participates and vendors as guests! Please tell us about your business, so we can promote you locally and on social media when you stay with us. Bringing large animals to the fairgrounds? We have room for them. We are pet friendly with a small $25 fee. Please pick up your dogs 💩 and place in the outdoor garbage can. Please message about additional services that may available during your stay for a fee.
