We will welcome you to the Domaine de Bel Air where tranquility, comfort and breathtaking views of the vineyards reign. The space Ideal for families or groups of friends, our accommodation will offer you independence and friendliness thanks to its two houses (a few meters separate them). The "main" house consists of; - On the ground floor: a living area (kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and extra dishes) with bistro tables and benches, a shower room with toilet and a separate bedroom. - Upstairs: two bedrooms and shower room with toilet. Bedroom details: Ground floor bedroom: double bed (160/200) + sofa bed (140/190). Upstairs bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160/200) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (140/190) and an extra bed of 120 cm (ideal for children, not included in the total capacity of the accommodation). The "outbuilding" consists of a large living room; - with a "lounge/living room" area: sofas, armchairs, coffee table, TV, internet box, - a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer compartment, small appliances, plenty of dishes. The exteriors; - 1 covered terrace in front of the "main house" with wooden table, armchairs and stools - 1 open terrace, overlooking the Vienna Valley and the vineyards with tables, chairs and deckchairs (4) - 1 petanque court below the open terrace - 1 gravel parking lot Additional equipment/services; - outdoor barbecue available free of charge - "baby" bed of the "umbrella" type and high chair on request free of charge - bed linen included: mattress cover, fitted sheet, duvet cover and 2 pillows/person. - towels included: 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person.
