Strong Coastal Breeze on the back deck. It is rare that the temperatures reach 90 F and beyond. Evening temperatures almost always drop below 60 F at night. Thus, we do not have Air Conditioning. We do recommend opening windows that have screens at night and the early morning and shut the windows and blinds on the sunny sides of the house to mitigate any uncomfortable temperatures. WIFI Our home (Brooktrails) is rural. There is no fiber optics available in the area. We do work from this house with VPN and able to stream Netflix, Amazon Movies and such with no issue. While we do have unlimited data WIFI, we do experience periodic lapses in service. This should be expected. MAX Capacity of the house is 8. After the 6th person, there’s fee $50 per person per night. PET fee is $35 per night per pet (dog). Additional pet is $10 per night per pet (dog). Deposit is $250 refundable with no damage. But the best is yet to come! – The host provides complimentary snacks, wine and beverages! Have a sip of wine from the local wineries, kick back and relax in the QUIET gorgeous sunroom or step outside on the wraparound redwood deck to enjoy the coastal breeze, mesmerizing views of the forest and the redwoods. There is still room for two vehicles. Please be careful on the gravel driveway as it can be a bit unstable if parked on the sloping portion.
