This house is the perfect escape from routine and focusing to people, but if you need, the house is equipped with every modern convenience including WiFi and TV (Telia and Netflix). Rooms are warm and the floors are heated, so you don`t have to worry about cold feet in winter. You are welcome to take a bubble bath in cozy outdoor hot tub. The space This brand new tiny house sits right on the river side. It offers you the best vacation and relaxation. The room plan of the house is very smart and well thought out. It is only 27 sqm (+ sleeping area), but it fits everything you need - spacious living area, compact kitchen with all the necessary equipment, eye-catching bathroom and the sleeping area with a skylight that brings you the sweetest dreams. The outdoor deck is spacious and equipped with the hot tub and seasonal outdoor furniture. You can park your car just 15m from the house. The road to the house from the main road is asphalt covered. Guest access Guests can use the entire house with its surroundings. Take a walk by the river or go foraging in the forest across the road. Other things to note We are very excited that we have created such a lovely and cozy tiny home. We can't wait to host you in this new house. Wood for hot tub heating is free of charge. Use the wood responsibly! We will change the water and clean the hot tub after every guest. Charging electric cars is not allowed. After the booking is confirmed, we may ask for an ID. For your safety, we have a security camera that is located away from the house and is directed only toward the parking lot.
