This is a newly renovated and gated home. It is a very private and spacious home. The kitchen has brand-new appliances such as a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. It is equipped with cooking essentials such as kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and silverware. The space There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located in this home. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen bed, a sliding door closet, desk, chair, and an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional closet if you would like to store your luggage or any other items. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king bed, rack for your clothing, a desk, and a chair. Bedroom 3 is furnished with 1 twin bed and 1 full bed. There is a sliding door closet, a desk, and a chair. Bedroom 4 is furnished with 2 full beds, a sliding door closet, a walk-in-closet and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is the largest room and has 1 queen bed, a storage closet, a desk, and a chair. There is a spacious living room area in Bedroom 5 that has three couches. There is also one additional bathroom located across Bedroom 3. The washer and dryer are inside the home and available for guests to use. Guest access Parking is available in the driveway of the home. For security purposes, there are security cameras at the front of the house, driveway and back yard. There are no cameras inside of the home. Other things to note - Failure to return keys will result in a $50 charge. Early check in and late check out is possible subject to availability. Early check in: Either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour before 3pm, or half the daily rate up to 11 am. Late Check Out:There is a fee of either 1/4 of the daily rate per hour or if it is up to 3pm, a fee of 1/2 of the daily rate will apply. Parties are not allowed. Events and gatherings are sometimes permitted with an additional charge. Please note that this is a strict drug-free home. Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of a $500 cleaning fee. There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors. Any urinating indoor or damage caused by pets will result in a charge of a minimum deep cleaning of $500.
