This 3/1 home offers you a quiet space to unwind and relax. The fenced-in backyard is perfect if you travel with your dog. The off-street parking in your driveway puts you steps away from the front door, which has a keyless entry system. You will have complete access to the home, including the washer and dryer, high-speed internet, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Less than a mile from I-77. This is a residential neighborhood with parking in the driveway. The primary bedroom has room darkening shades. The driveway will accommodate three vehicles. Two dogs are allowed; $165 for the first pet will be added to the original reservation, and an ADDITIONAL $145 will be charged for the second dog processed through the Airbnb Request for Funds after you check-in. Guests will register their dogs by providing proof of vaccination and flea control. A Ring camera is on the front porch overlooking some of the driveway. An additional guest fee of $15 per night will be added for three or more. Guests must be registered at the time of placing the reservation. Guests are responsible for rolling trash bins out on scheduled waste pick-up days. Days are made known in the house manual and a message board.
