Spacious Home on the Hill in Duluth

Welcome to your cozy retreat in a quiet Duluth neighborhood! This spacious lower-level unit offers the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and relax after a full day-whether you’ve been working, exploring the city, or adventuring along the North Shore. You’ll enjoy a private entrance, plenty of room to settle in, and a comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. Centrally located, and it's within easy reach of many of Duluth’s favorite destinations. Come rest, explore, and enjoy your stay! The space The downstairs unit of our home has a private entrance for guests and is equipped with a private full kitchen, bathroom, living room (sofa bed), and 2 bedrooms. Guest access Guests can access the full kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms ALL in the lower portion of our house. Other things to note We are a husband and wife raising our 5 year old granddaughter. We live in the upper part of the house. Although, we try to be quiet, sound from walking and talking can be heard sometimes. We also utilize one room in the lower unit with our own access to it. Check in is at 3:00pm.
