Independent house ideal for 12 people (up to 20 including children are allowed). It has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds + 2 mattresses, a furnished kitchen, INTERNET, TV with a channel plan, wireless speaker, hammocks, hot water shower, all rooms have a fan and one room has air conditioning. Front patio, garage for up to three cars. The house is very close to the sea, almost at the foot of the esplanade in an ideal area to rest, between downtown San Jacinto and La Boca. Guest access The house is independent. Guests have access to all the facilities Other things to note I don't know, ask for extra money as a guarantee. The guarantee is the signing of a liability contract and physical ID of the person signing the contract (the ID is returned upon departure)
