Spacious 5 bedroom house, close to racecourse

We would like to welcome you to use our home during the Cheltenham Festival. Sunnyside is a spacious five bedroom home with a large garden backing onto open countryside. 10 minute walk to the racecourse and around 20 minute walk to the centre of Cheltenham. Four double bedrooms on the first floor, one with en suite, and a fifth double bedroom on the ground floor. Large open plan kitchen diner with a wood burner, overlooking the mature garden and open countryside. The space This is a "lived in" house for the rest of the year so it will not be entirely empty, but my family and I will of course move out for the duration of your stay. We will ensure adequate kitchen/bedroom storage space is left vacant. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the whole house. Other things to note If the 2027 Cheltenham Festival does not go ahead for any reason, we will of course offer a full refund.
