The Barn

Come and enjoy a quiet, country R&R in an original tobacco barn converted into 3 separate living units (Airbnb is the top right). Located 15 miles from Huntington, WV and 30 miles from Gallipolis, OH. Enjoy your coffee or favorite drink on front porch swing or on the secluded back porch. The back porch is so peaceful with a beautiful view of the property and if we have had a good rain, the sound of water flowing down the ravine. You may even see our goats roaming the hillside. The space You will enjoy having a very spacious unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each room has great closets as well as dressers with great storage. Master bedroom has a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity and walk-in closet. The second bathroom also have a shower tub combo, single sink vanity, and laundry area. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Towels also provided. The laundry area has a washer and dryer along with detergent and dryer sheets for you to use during your stay. The open concept living room area is large and the center of the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs including spices. Tons of kitchen storage and a pantry. Bar area with 3 bar stools and dining table that seats 4. You have two large porches to also enjoy. The front porch has a swing, rocking chair, seating area with table, and a grill. Head out to your private back porch from the master bedroom. Large high top table with 4 chairs and additional seating area. Enjoy a couple of games like Mothman Tic Tac Toe and wooden dominos under fun outdoor lights. You will love your view of the beautiful countryside and ravine. After a good rainfall, the water flowing down the ravine is a beautiful sight and sound. You also have a large yard on your side of the barn. Here you will find a picnic table with bench seating, a fire pit with outdoor camping chairs, and a couple of yard games (cornhole etc). Also a flower garden nearby for you to enjoy as well! These spaces are shared only if guests are staying in the bottom airbnb (The Cozy Inn) at the same time. Guest access In addition to the Airbnb there is a large side yard with table, benches, and chairs around fire pit. We have yard games like corn hole, KanJam, and volleyball for you to enjoy. You also are invited to visit our flower garden up on a little knoll beside the Airbnb. As mentioned prior, these spaces are shared if additional guests are staying in bottom Airbnb (The Cozy Inn).
