Enjoy the history of this unique and memorable Village known as the Sailing Capital of North Carolina in Oriental N.C. while experiencing your stay on a Catalina 30 foot sailboat docked in the heart of the village. Boat sleeps 4 comfortably under quiet, peaceful nights with amazing sunsets and within walking distance or everything the village has to offer. Marina has free parking and full bathhouse for your use and one restaurant on sight with several others all in walking distance. This is a Catalina 30 ft sailboat in great condition. Table in cabin drops to make a bed for 2 and the bow salon sleeps 2 as well. Access to boat is from dock so stepping over into boat or stepping out of boat to dock requires caution as boat may be moving depending on weather and calm or rough weather. I am only a phone call away or text to assist any needs that may need attention. Safe, friendly laid back folks. Streets roll up at 9:00 pm with a few a exceptions. Great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop. Oriental Museum is within walking distance. Great place to walk pets with most restaurants with decks allow pets to lay by your table. You are within walking distance of all the village offers with a few just a few minutes out you can drive to. Ferry about 20 minutes away to head over to Beaufort for great restaurants and entertainment. Please advise if linings , (sheets, pillows, etc.)are needed but this is a sailboat Glamping experience so bring sleeping bags or preferred linings. Please use marina bathrooms and showers whenever possible. Boat head does work if needed and instructions to flush will be displayed. Water will work and may need to flip pump switch on main console to turn on water pressure pump.
