Penn State University is just a short 5 minute drive, or is accessible through the bike paths, or CATA bus service with two bus stops within 0.3 miles of our home. The space Tucked into the heart of Happy Valley, this comfortable family home is the perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. On the main level, you’ll find three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms share a convenient hallway bathroom, and the main bedroom has an on-suite bath - making it easy for families or groups to settle in. The lower level offers additional space for everyone to spread out, featuring a spacious family room with a queen-sized futon and a half bath. For added privacy, there is also a separate bedroom downstairs with a full-sized bed. With plenty of room across two levels, this home is designed to accommodate both togetherness and personal space—whether you’re here for a weekend visit or an extended stay in Happy Valley. Guest access Guests will be provided with a keycode for entry close to arrival date. Other things to note The home is perfectly situated for families or groups who love to explore on foot. You’ll be just a short walk to two local parks, as well as a Starbucks, grocery stores, and a bagel shop—making mornings, errands, and weekend outings a breeze.
