Cozy, romantic and unique space. Ideal for disconnecting from the world with amazing ocean views and private use of the pool. The accommodation consists of 2 spaces with separate entrances and not connected to each other, kitchen and bedroom with bathroom. Access to the pool house is through a garden down some stairs. The space Our house is attached to a hill overlooking the ocean. It has 5 floors, the highest for housing, 2 for the garden and the lowest has a swimming pool with a small house where there are 2 rooms each with its entrance, a room with bathroom and a kitchen/dining room. In low season we rent the big house on one side and the pool house on the other side, both have separate entrances and privacy between the two is guaranteed by trees that grow between the two rooms. It is a 5/10 minute drive to the beach and a supermarket and a 20/30 minute drive to downtown Malaga. Guest access Access to the pool house is through the garden and although the main house has its own garden area, it is possible that they coincide in some access. The pool is for private use for the pool house. The privacy between the big house and the pool house is guaranteed by trees that grow between the two rooms. Other things to note Having a car is recommended. For late check-in (after 10:00 PM local time) there is a surcharge of €20 that is paid directly to the person who receives the guests. The cleaning service will come by the house to change the sheets and towels and do a basic cleaning once a week. Pets up to 14k are allowed.
