Designed with the utmost attention to detail both inside and outside, adorned with luxurious furniture and objects, surrounded by well-plotted gardens, the villa is located in a securely gated villa - complex. 🎖 Location : 📍 10 Mins Drive Ozran Beach 📍 Google Map - Aldeia De Flores Villa Flores is a short drive from some of Goa’s best beaches such as Anjuna and Vagator, and even to famous restaurants such as Jamun, Gunpowder, Izumi etc. All in all, it makes an excellent base to meet few locals, explore Goa’s finest restaurants, and visit its best beaches i.e Anjuna, Vagator etc. 🎖 Indoors: ➤ Overview: The Villa is spread across two levels, Ground and first floor which has the huge Balcony/ Patio attached to it. ➤ Ground Floor: As soon as you enter your villa you will be welcome with a bright living area, with tall Glass sliding windows open to the pool area and Sit out Deck Area. The open kitchen on the ground floor is a great place to whip out some delicious breakfast for your Family. The ground floor houses the following - • Bright Living Area with Marshall Speakers • Open Kitchen • Powder Room • 6 Seater Dining Area • 6 seater lavish sitting Area • Bedroom 1 with ensuite bath. ➤ First Floor: As you climb up the stairs there is another common area where you can relax and watch your favourite shows on the smart TV. The Huge balcony/ Patio area, Master bedroom and the guest bedroom are located on this floor. The master bedroom ( Bedroom 2 ) has an ensuite bathroom has a private balcony too. Bedroom 3 aka the guest bedroom also has ensuite bath. The Bathroom is the star in this room, it as big as the bedroom. 🎖 Outdoors ➤ Private Pool: As mentioned before, the private pool is situated on the ground floor and is surrounded by green flaura & fauna, helping the guest maintain their privacy. ➤ Private Garden Area: Everyone needs a place to relax, while some guest love relaxing indoors there are others who love to sit outdoors. For our outdoorsy guests, we have a nice garden area along the pool , where one could sit and enjoy some evening tea or snacks. ➤ Private Parking : The is a designated parking attached to the villa. The parking area is big enough for 1 single SUV. Allowed only on balconies — ashtrays provided. 💰 Security Deposit » ₹15,000 collected at check-in, fully refundable if no damages. » Kindly care for the villa as your own home away from home. ⏰ Check-Out » Check-out time is 10 AM. Late departures may lead to forfeiture of the deposit. 🌙 Late Check-In » Staff available till 6 PM. After this, guests must self check-in. 👙 Swimwear Policy » Only proper swimwear allowed in the pool.
