Staying at my place in Balkot, Bhaktapur, Nepal is a unique experience that guests will love. Our apartment includes 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. We have another bathroom nearby living room. We have one living room, one kitchen. Inside kitchen we have gas stoves, dinning table. You can cook food and tea. For cooking you have to purchase all the stuffs from department store which is 5 minute walk from the apartment. We have hot water facilities on both bathroom. We provide free internet (wifi). Apartment include balcony and terrace where you can see beautiful mountain scenery. Since we have one queen size bedroom which is suitable for couple or for two. As you enter, you will first see a cozy living room, which you can take a look at in the provided pictures. Nearby, there is a private toilet for your convenience. Moving on, there is a comfortable bedroom with an attached toilet inside. Both toilets have hot water facilities. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, an oven, a water dispenser, a dining table, and a wooden rack to store your cups and plates. The kitchen also has a balcony, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. Another balcony is located in front of the living room, and if you exit from the main door, you will find yet another balcony. Lastly, on the rooftop, there is a terrace where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a cold beer while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Other things to note 1. Smoking allowed but drug use is not allowed in the apartment or on the premises. 2. No parties or loud music allowed. Quiet hours start at 10pm. 3. Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. 4. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Guests are responsible for their own dishes and garbage. 5. Do not damage or remove any items from the apartment. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment overnight. 7. Please inform us if you plan to have additional guests visit during the day. 8. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in common areas. 9. Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when not in use or when leaving the apartment. 10. Please follow all local laws and regulations, including recycling and waste disposal guidelines. 11. We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay at any time if they do not follow these rules or if their behavior disrupts the peace and safety of our home and community.
