House rules: - Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 7:00am. - NO PARTIES... authorities have and will be contacted. - Maximum 2 vehicles (includes trailers, boats, etc) allowed. - Remove shoes indoors. - Pets allowed if notified and approved.
