you are getting Two bedrooms with proper storage facility, an AC can cool down 2 rooms. Attached washroom, Private balcony & kitchen. It's away from the noisy road and cacophony but in the heart of Kolkata. Well connected to nearest metro st mahanayak uttam kumar (tollygunge), south City Mall, Jadavpur university, Gariahat, Behala area. you have to keep your outside shoes in the designated shoe rack only. Room sleepers are there inside the room. please read the "house rules". The space This is a peaceful and clean place. "Work from home" environment is excellent in this place. its in first floor.. you will have 2 bedrooms, one big TV, one sofa, 3 chairs, 3 table, one dining and one reading, one tea table. kitchen set up with induction and all the required utensils. one big washroom with all facilities and geyser. and an attached balcony. One large AC is installed. This large capacity AC can cools down 2 rooms easily. Ac charges extra 500/- per day. need to be pay on check in. Search "Agrashee ground" on map and you are 1 min away from the exact place. The home is just behind the club, sharing the same boundary wall. I want my guests to experience a true Airbnb experience and making it your home away from home. Guest access you can access the entire area including your rooms and balcony and also common staircase. we have a common washing machine only for guest's use, just above you floor.. you can access and use that too. Other things to note Please keep in mind, this is a home, be here in the same way as you can stay in your own house. please do not waste anything, electricity, water, foods or any other material. because you know, "money is yours but resources belong to everyone in the society". we are privileged with all of these resources rather than so many people all over the world. please let us know the check in time prior 24hours.
