A primary ensuite bedroom with TV, A/C and Wi-Fi and corner balcony in Ngor, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Room is on 2nd floor of a villa. Guests have access to living room (with TV), dining room, kitchen and garden. A full-time housekeeper can cook for you. Ideal for an artist or student or professional on a short mission. If interested, please introduce yourself ! The space The house is fully equipped, and colorful! On the ground floor there is a big living room, dining area, kitchen and guest bathroom. On upper floor, 3 bedrooms, including this one, and à shared bathroom. The house is nice and cool in the winter and warms up by summer. Being so close to the ocean (a 3 minute walk), there is always a breeze. You can hang out in the back outdoor space to get some fresh air. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and gas stove. You are welcome to cook! There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, in front of the house and behind. The garden/terrace is private and fully enclosed by a wall. Guest access Guests have access to the common spaces - kitchen, living room and dining area, as well as outdoor spaces. During your stay There is a full-time housekeeper who is happy to prepare Senegalese meals and show guests around the neighbourhood. She speaks Wolof, French and tiny bit of Italian but not English. Other things to note Electricity costs are not included in fee and are on a pay-as-you-go basis. We hope you will imbibe the vibe of our house! Please treat it softly. Smoke only outside and respect the furniture and art work. Also please consider the relative quiet of the neighborhood... and please make sure the kids color on paper, not the walls. :)
