MicroCasa is located in a charming condominium in the hinterland of Maresias, at the foot of the Atlantic Forest, in a safe and quiet environment, surrounded by lush native trees, the gentle singing of birds and the relaxing sound of running water. Just 1.7 km from the central beach of Maresias, 10 km from Boçucanga, 4.9 km from Paúba, 5.8 km from Santiago and 9 km from Toque-Toque Pequeno, the location offers tranquility and contact with nature. Check-in until 10 p.m. The space With a plot of 800 square meters of preserved area, MicroCasa is a true ecological refuge, surrounded by native undergrowth that promotes local biodiversity. Because it is a naturally wild environment, it is not common, but occasionally amphibians, reptiles and insects may make appearances inside the house, including wild cockroaches, which shelter among remnants of vegetation, stones and tree bark, and, on warmer days, may go out to explore the environment. If you are passionate about environmental preservation, this unique space will surely enchant you. Other things to note Brightness at dawn: The window and glass doors allow natural light to enter at dawn, as there are no blackout curtains. If you prefer a darker environment in the morning, we suggest you bring your eye mask. Security Documentation: To ensure everyone's safety, the condominium requires guests to send their documents prior to arrival. After booking, please send us a photo of all guests' IDs, as well as information about the vehicle's model, color, and license plate. Check-in and check-out times: Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. If you need more flexibility, please contact us and we will check availability. Cleaning of bed linens and towels: If there are stains of blood, paint, wine or makeup on the bed linens and towels, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. If the stains persist, the cost of a new piece will be charged. Please avoid using the linens to remove makeup, as this may cause permanent stains. No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the space. No parties and loud music: For everyone's comfort, no parties or loud music are allowed. Hours of operation: Our online support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside these hours, we will not be available.
