Located in San Miguel de Salinas, Spanish village with a supermarket, bakery, local market every Wednesday, restaurants and shops on walking distance. In summer there is also a public pool in San Miguel Close to Torrevieja, Vilamartin, La Zenia beaches, the famous Salt lakes and 3 different golf courses. Only 40 minutes from Alicante airport The space Our apartment is located on the corner of the ground floor and consists of a large garden with sunbeds for your comfort. The apartment is newly furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortabele big Auping boxspring bed size 180 x 210 The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200. Big clothing closets. Bedlinnen and towels are included. There is airconditioning and heating in each room. Washing machine is available. The kitchen is equiped with all you need, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, electric cooking plate , microwave and oven. You can make use of our private parking spot in the parking garage under the apartment. This is free of charge. Parking on the street is also possible free of charge. Guest access The whole apartment and garden (fenced, safe for children) will be available for you during your stay. You can make use of the community pool. Just a few steps from our entrance. Our apartment can offer a great stay to families, couples and friends. Other things to note Our house is located in a newly built part of San Miguel de Salinas. In our building the construction work is finished however they are currently building new apartments around our building. Luckily not next to our garden:) In summer break there will be less construction work around our building The rent is including the usage of electricity of max 80 kwh per week. The average use of 80 kwh is based on 4 guests per week. Charge of more than 80 kwh per week is 0,50€ per kwh. If you turn off the heater/airco when you leave the house you will not exceed the maximum usage. Checkin time is from 17.00. Early arrival request possible upon availability. Surcharge 25€. Checkout time is at 10.00 Late checkout possible upon availability Surcharge 25€ No parties allowed. We respect our neighbors. No smoking. Your dog is welcome for 10 euro per dog per night. Only if you take the following rules in consideration *Dogs are not allowed on furniture. *We do not want any complaints from our neighbors regarding barking dogs .
