Studio on Hill Street

Hello and welcome to our Studio on Hill Street. This is a fully self-contained studio space with stunning water views of Shaws Bay. Nestled amongst the trees it offers peace and privacy, whilst being centrally located and only walking distance to some of Ballina's best beaches and cafe spots. Take a stroll on Sundays and enjoy the Ballina Farmers Markets or make a day of it and explore the many vibrant surrounding areas the Northern Rivers has to offer. The space The Studio is located on the lower floor of a four story house. Access to the Studio is via a private outdoor staircase that leads down to the fourth level. Please note your car will be parked at street level and you will need to carry your belongings up and down the stairs. Our Studio is therefore unsuitable for guests with mobility issues should they find it difficult to navigate up and down four short flights of stairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio space as well as a small outdoor patio area. Other things to note The newly renovated Shaws Bay Hotel is only a 7 minute walk away. Another great dining spot is Capiche restaurant, 5 minute drive from your door step. Lighthouse Beach and Shaws Bay are a stones throw. Registration Details PID-STRA-59160
