Our Mission Creating a space like home away from home and giving our guest value for money for the space provided. We proudly offer you a comfortable private space to stay in Penn, a 3-bedroom House five minutes’ drive from the centre of Wolverhampton. The space The facility being offered is Penn, Wolverhampton. Penn is an old English or Welsh word meaning a hill or enclosure. Some say it was a place in which someone kept his sheep in “pens”. Whatever it is, we would like to provide you with a comfortable “pen” for the time you are away from your home and not miss it. The unit consist of 3-bedroms 2-receptions, kitchen, and bathroom equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Short walk or bus into Wolverhampton In providing this facility we are driven by certain values: A passion for clean and beautiful spaces and Keeping it Simple and Straight(KISS). The basic essential items including a microwave and washing machine, a cooker. Tea, coffee milk and some biscuits to getting you started will be provided. A bathroom with fresh towels, essential toiletries is also available. The space is ideal for a family on short visit to the West Midlands or contractors working locally to the Wolverhampton area. We don't want anyone staying who is going to be a headache for us and especially our neighbours. 2. No parties, stag do's, hen parties or birthday celebrations under the age of 25. Sorry - this is a quiet residential street and is not suited for this type of stay. Any requests which are found breach these rules will be cancelled. 3. Anybody who is planning to host a party in this house will be ejected immediately without refund! We understand people come to our city to have a good time and that is perfectly fine - but we don't want people making lots of noise and annoying the residents that live here. 4. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the house including stairs / hallway/ bedrooms/ bathrooms. 5. Loud music is definitely not permitted as the house. 6. We just ask you be respectful of our neighbours when leaving and entering the house. 7. No more people other than those who have booked without prior consent. There is constant security watch on who enters and leaves the house so we know who's staying at all times. We just want you to enjoy your stay in our beautiful city as much as is humanly possible without causing any trouble :) I'm sure the for the vast majority of guests this goes without saying!
