Description
Welcome home! The house is located in the hamlet of Gué de Magné, a stone's throw from a branch of the Sèvre. In pretty light stones, it offers beautiful volumes and a large garden, as well as a large terrace and its pergola, an invitation to relax. The kitchen, perfectly equipped, combines charm and functionality. The living room is cozy and warm. You won't find a TV, but many board games. There is also a games room and four bedrooms. The space Pass the door under the porch, and you will enter a small vestibule. It serves the laundry/cellar, the ground floor bathrooms, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and functional, with a central island and dining area. It mixes modernity and the charm of the stone. It opens directly onto the beautiful travertine terrace and its pergola, facing west. There is a dining table for 6-8 people, garden furniture, deckchairs and a gas BBQ. The living room that follows offers a cozy space with a stove, a beautiful comfortable sofa and antique rattan armchairs. Its windows face south. Board games are entrusted to your good care, make good use of them! Then you will arrive in the games room, a large and bright room, filled with an astronomical amount of Playmobil. Your children will also find markers and pencils, various coloring books, a doll corner and a reading corner. You can also convert it into an office. The brightness is lovely. Upstairs, a bathroom with large corner bathtub and two sinks, as well as separate toilets have been recently renovated. You can spread out over 4 bedrooms: The first bedroom is under the slope of the roof. It has a 160 x 200 bed. The second bedroom has a 180 x 200 bed. The third bedroom has a 90 x 200 bed, and a crib. The fourth bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed. It overlooks a small terrace to the north. The garden is all around the house and contains two small children's cabins, a trampoline with net, a swing and two small aromatic vegetable gardens. Help yourself! This house is an old lady. Not everything is perfect, but it has a lot of charm. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Guest access You will have access to the entire living area of the house and the entire garden, except for garden shelters that are not secure. Unfortunately, the house cannot accommodate people with limited mobility. Other things to note We are gradually renovating this house, in which we are happy to live. Part of it is not yet restored, so you won't have access to its eastern part. Rest assured that no work will take place during your stay, of course. We want our guests to feel good and at home.
