Welcome to Côté Terre

This new accommodation is located in the heart of a fishing village, 10 minutes from La Rochelle and 15 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge. The "Côté Terre" house consists of a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom and a mezzanine where there is a desk area and a single bed as well as a relaxation net that overlooks the kitchen creating a unique relaxing spot! The space The house is new: reception in December 2022. The roller shutters are electric, including the opening of the mezzanine skylight. Heating is also electric. We had air conditioning installed in March. The house is adjoining and it is possible to rent the two accommodations for large families from Easter to All Saints. An umbrella bed and high chair can be made available upon request but there is no safety gate on the stairs. Guest access You have access to the whole place: individual entrance. Parking in a small free parking lot in front of the house. Other things to note The mezzanine is sloping, the bed is best for children. Linens: sheets and towels can be provided at an extra charge on request (€15 per person including a pair of sheets and a kit of 2 towels). The beds will be prepared. Towels and bath mats are provided in all cases. The coffee machine is a Nespresso with metal capsules. There's also a plunger coffee maker. A small grocery store (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea and sugar) is available on site, very useful for short stays. Weber charcoal BBQ and electric griddle available on site.
