These include: ✔️All rooms and apartment amenities ✔️Shared swimming pool ✔️Parking spot at the property ✔️Modern Kitchen (Only for preparing light snacks, baby food and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required) Other things to note IMPORTANT : Please note that the rental agreement and check-in form must be completed before your stay in order to receive the necessary check-in instructions. *For foreign nationals, we kindly request that you provide your visa details as part of the check-in process. - As per society rules, Guests require proper swimming attire to be able to use the pool. Guests without proper swimwear will not be permitted to use the pool - Please ensure proper swimming attire is worn prior to entering the pool. For ladies, specifically only swimming costumes to be worn with a swimming cap and for men swimming trunks. Strictly prohibited clothing includes: street clothes, khakis, gym shorts, T-shirts, basketball shorts, denim, sports bras or other undergarments. Not adhering to this would result in a strict penalty. - Loud music is strictly not allowed as this is a residential community. Music can be enjoyed at lower decibels while not causing any disturbance to the neighbors. - We also have an optional 3rd room which will be provided if the pax count is above 6 with additional charges -This is a self check in apartment, keys are required to be collected from building staff upon arrival. Luggage and check in assistance will not be provided. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - Pool timings are 9 am to 8 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - The apartment has an generator backup in case of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. All appliances will function on back up power. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music in the property. - Please note that open consumption of alcohol in the community is strictly prohibited. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 3 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. -Keys need to be collected from the security.
