Perfect central base to explore Pembrokeshire

Rose Cottage is located in a small, picturesque, rural hamlet so it’s perfect for escaping the rush of everyday life. It’s ideally positioned in the centre of Pembrokeshire which makes it a useful base for exploring this amazing county. Access to the 186 miles of beautiful coastline is a short drive (or cycle if that’s your thing!) away. We are also located near to Fishguard and could be the ideal stopover before boarding the ferry to Ireland. The space This courtyard cottage is a recently refurbished barn conversion. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. Fully equipped kitchen including oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and smart tv in the lounge area. Downstairs there is also a compact shower room/WC with waterfall style shower. Stairs lead from the living area up to the comfortable double bedroom in the eaves of the barn showcasing original beams and has rural views. The skylight style window makes it perfect for stargazing. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There’s also ample room for parking free of charge in the courtyard, right outside the cottage. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cottage during your stay. There are communal gardens and court yard in which Rose Cottage is set, you are welcome to use these areas but we ask that you are mindful and respect any other residents at all times. There is also a tree lined 2 acre paddock which you’re welcome to explore, there will on occasion be livestock in the field so we ask that you ensure gates are kept closed at all times. In addition to this, if you are travelling with surf boards, paddle boards, bikes for example you are welcome to store (at your own risk) in the open cart house opposite the cottage. Other things to note Whether you’re looking to explore the Pembrokeshire Coast paths/beaches or mooch around the independent shops of Narberth, St David’s, Pembroke or Tenby… all are a short drive from Rose Cottage.
