Great value, beautiful fresh new feel. Quiet neighbourhood with two playgrounds, soccer fields, off lead dog walking at nearby Showgrounds where weekly farmers market is on Fridays 7-11am Flat walk into town. This house is our home so the drum kit and guitars are around the place and you're welcome to gently try them out! Pet friendly but note backyard not fenced and backs on to public reserve. Please note! ** dishwasher IS NOT working** The space This house has been rebuilt after the floods in Feb 2022. Two large bedrooms and a third smaller one all have Queen beds with new linen and built in robes. The lounge and dining are open plan to the beautiful French blue kitchen. Outside there is a large wooden outdoor dining setting. While you can’t see the river from the back yard there is no back fence as the river is beyond the tree line you can see from the outdoor seating area and main bedroom. Guest access The whole home just the garage is off limits. Other things to note Be mindful this home isn’t set up with toddlers in mind and the lack of a back fence with the river beyond means young kids and animals need to be supervised at all times.
