Private lakeview getaway with room for the whole family to relax and escape. This upper floor suite offers an open layout design with an abundance of natural light. A newly renovated space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, large private deck overlooking the lake and an outdoor fire pit area. Located just outside of downtown Chemainus and close to Fuller Lake and Mount Brenton Golf Course. The space This private upper unit has just been fully renovated but has kept it's original charm. The home provides a quiet, peaceful and relaxing escape. There are two spacious bedrooms with a super comfortable queen bed in each. The rooms have closet space and dresser space for you to use. We have a large living area with a 60" smart TV. There is also a large sectional couch that turns into a third bed if you need it (an extra guest fee will be included for any guests beyond 4). Blankets and pillows are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare a meal in. Attached to the kitchen is a washer and dryer for you to use. Our completely renovated bathroom has a full deep soaker tub and rain shower. We also have a brand new half bathroom for your comfort. We have just constructed a large private deck overlooking beautiful Fuller Lake with furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy. There is also a large front yard with a firepit, seating area and garden. WiFi and TV with Crave streaming service and Pluto TV channels is provided. We have included eco-friendly features into our renovation and into the items we supply you. This includes a heat pump for heating and cooling, sustainable wood features in the kitchen and compostable coffee pods. *Note that this is an upper unit of a duplex and there may be guests below you. Please respect the quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. This unit is not pet friendly. If you are looking for a pet friendly accommodation, we do have another suite that allows them (check out our other listing). *If you are looking to have a family reunion or large family getaway, we may be able to host you all! This is a large duplex with many outdoor areas to gather (check out the other listing in our profile to see the lower suite). If both units are available, you can rent out the entire home which can accommodate 12 people. Please note: During peak season (June–August), we only accept stays of 10 nights or fewer. Please note that this road can be busy during rush hour times - please be careful and take your time when exiting the driveway. It is a 2 minute drive into town to access shopping, restaurants, beaches, Fuller Lake, Mount Brenton Gold Course and the Chemainus Theatre. Don't forget to check out the famous Chemainus murals! DIRECTIONS Victoria International Airport (YYJ) is approximately 65 kilometers (40 miles) southeast of Chemainus, with a driving time of about 1 hour, 30 minutes. Nanaimo Airport (YCD) is Approximately 33 kilometers (20 miles) northeast of Chemainus, with a driving time of about 30-40 minutes. Ladysmith, BC: Approximately 15 kilometers (9 miles) north of Chemainus, with a driving time of about 15-20 minutes. Duncan BC approximately 22 kilometres (14 miles) to the south of Chemainus. is the smallest city by area (2.07 square kilometres, 0.8 square miles) in the nation. Vancouver (via ferry from Nanaimo): Approximately 95 kilometers (59 miles) northeast of Chemainus, with a ferry ride of about 1.5 to 2 hours plus driving time from Nanaimo.
