A Suarella in the heart of a winery

Ideally located in Corsica Orientale, in the heart of our wine and olive estate, our recently renovated "Suarella" eco-house welcomes you for an authentic stay, a bucolic break in peace and serenity, close to nature. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can recharge your batteries in a green setting offering unique and soothing views of the Renosu mountain range. The space In this haven of peace, this cozy retreat, in summer, you'll enjoy the freshness of the stone and the shade of the ash tree, and in the winter, you snuggle up in front of the generous stove fireplace and you can concoct gourmet dishes in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Cradled by the birdsong, you can take the time to enjoy the moment and discover a different and secret Corsica. This old stone building, dating back to the 18th, enjoying a climate orientation designed by the old, was renovated in 2022 in respect of its character. Worried about setting up our choices for the development of sustainable tourism, the renovation of our cottage has been the subject of reflection and an eco-conscious approach. We privileged the use of natural and ecological materials (hemp, lime, wood wool...), used local artisans and opted for the simplicity of the layout. Our cottage received European Ecolabel certification in 2023. Now the old charm of the building blends with elegance and simplicity with modern and warm decor. The cottage of 116 m² is composed of: - Two large warm and comfortable rooms with TV and en-suite bathrooms 1 bedroom in mezzanine with courtyard view of 36m² - Jacuzzi bathtub 1 bedroom on the ground floor with garden view of 19 m² - jet shower - A spacious and functional fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kitchen piano, American fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer) - A bright and cozy living room with stove fireplace, library and flat screen. - One toilet on the ground floor - Outdoor dining area - Small private garden not enclosed - Linens and towels provided. Wood for the fireplace. Games and books available. You can access the shared pool (June to September), stroll the Estate and in the surrounding countryside, enjoy the many activities offered in the surroundings (beaches, winter sports, water activities, hikes, river swimming...). A kyrielle of local producers will be happy to welcome you and make you discover, with passion, their profession and their products. We can also offer quality services with our carefully selected partners on site: visit of the Estate with wine and oil tastings, massage, yoga and sound therapy, intro to tasting workshop, food and wine cooking workshop, "zero waste" workshop, wild picking workshop. If you want to opt for soft mobility, it is possible to rent electric bikes by the day or by the week. Beaches 10 minutes away, river swimming 30 minutes away, ski resort 1 hour 15 minutes away, all shops 15 minutes away, hiking 20 minutes away.
