Ideally located in Eastern Corsica, in the heart of our wine and olive growing area, our recently renovated "Suarella" building welcomes you for an authentic stay, a bucolic break in calm and serenity, as close as possible to nature. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, you can recharge in a green setting with a unique and soothing view of the Renosu mountain range. The space In this haven of peace, you will enjoy, in summer, the coolness of the stone and the shade of the ash tree, and, in winter, you will snuggle up in front of the fireplace and you can concoct gourmet dishes in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Lulled by the birdsong, you can take the time to savor the moment and discover a different and secret Corsica. This old stone building, dating from the 18th century, with a bioclimatic orientation designed by the ancients, was renovated in 2022 respecting its typicality. Anxious to further integrate our choices into the development of sustainable tourism, the renovation of our building has been the subject of an eco-responsible reflection and approach. We have prioritized the use of natural and ecological materials (hemp, lime, wood wool...), appeals to local artisans and opted for the sobriety of the layout. Our accommodation received the European Ecolabel certification in 2023. Now the old charm of the building combines with elegance and simplicity with a modern and warm decoration. The 116 m² building is composed of: - Two large, warm and comfortable bedrooms with TV and private bathrooms 1 mezzanine bedroom with courtyard view, 36 m² – Jacuzzi bathtub 1 bedroom on the ground floor with garden view, 19 m² – jet shower - A spacious and functional fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kitchen piano, American fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer) - A bright and cozy living room with fireplace, library and flat screen. - A toilet on the ground floor - Outdoor dining area - Small private garden not enclosed - Sheets and towels provided. Wood for the fireplace. Games and books available. You can access the shared swimming pool (from June to September), stroll on the Domaine and in the surrounding countryside, enjoy the many activities offered in the area (beaches, winter sports, water activities, hikes, river swimming...). A host of local producers will be happy to welcome you and make you discover, with passion, their profession and their products. We can also offer you, on site, quality services with our carefully selected partners: visit to the Estate with wine and oil tastings, massage, yoga and sound therapy, introductory tasting workshop, food and wine cooking workshop, wild picking workshop. If you want to opt for soft mobility, it is possible to rent electric bikes by the day or by the week. Beaches 10 minutes away, river swimming 30 minutes away, ski resort 1h15, all shops 15 minutes away, hikes 20 minutes away.
