Barndominium in the Meadows.

Our Bardominium is quite unique. It resides in the meadows of the Black Hills which sits on 3 acres of open space. You will certainly enjoy the majestic views surrounding our 2,000 sq. ft. home with an attached 3,500 sq. ft. heated warehouse. Within the warehouse for your fun, we have a pool table, stereo, drums, smart TV, electronic dartboard, pac-man video game, basketball hoop, soccer net, badminton, frisbee, sidewalk chalk & a nerf football. We have plenty of parking inside and outside. The space Our home is an open floor plan on one level and handicap accessible. Our heated warehouse is attached to our home which is called a Bardominium. We have three access entries to our home for your convenience. Plenty of parking and use of our warehouse for fun and extra parking. Enjoy the patio with a picnic table, Amish glider chairs, extra patio furniture if needed, gas grill and an outside wood fire place with stocked wood for your use. We live on a 3 acre lot, plenty of land to enjoy and move around! We have 1 gig fiber high speed Internet! Guest access You will have access to the entire home, 2000 square feet and about 2500 square feet to the heated warehouse attached to the home. Other things to note A perfect place to rent for the Sturgis Rally, plenty of parking inside and out. We are centrally located - easy access on and off as we are located on a a service road ~welcome! Pets are welcomed - meaning dogs, thank you! You may use our 5ft high, 25X40 enclosed fence for your fur baby, however please pick after them each day and DO NOT let them dig in our garden beds ~ Greatly appreciated. Our airport is a Rapid City municipal airport. The airport code is RAP, it is located about 35 minutes from our Barndo. We have one gig, high-speed fiber, Internet!
