The perfect place for a weekend beach break or a longer stay 800m from beautiful family friendly Chelsea beach, close to trains which will have you in Melbourne in 45 minutes, walk to local cafes for brunch or enjoy the surrounding wetlands and Bicentennial park for a picnic or the weekend market. Then once home, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor dining area. Our 2 bedroom home is recently renovated and professionally cleaned with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & on-site parking The space The house is in a quiet neighborhood 800m back from Chelsea Beach, which means you don’t get the annoying traffic and trouble finding a car park during the perfect summer days. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk or 3 minutes drive away. But if that’s not your thing, there is a park opposite the house for picnics or a game of cricket or the larger Bicentennial Park with the wetlands walking and cycling track and great playground for kids is just a 500m walk down the street! Inside the house itself you will find a modern kitchen with everything you’ll need to cook up a storm, as well as an 8 seater dining area and a spacious open plan living room. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a relaxing bath and a laundry with a washing machine that is available for your use. 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of cupboard space if you’re with us for a long stay. In the living room and the main bedroom you will find TVs with access to Apple TV. All you need to do is find your app of choice, plug in your login details and you can spend the colder Melbourne days binging your favorite shows. The house is equipped with 2 split system heating and cooling so that despite the temperamental Melbourne weather you’ll always feel comfortable at our place. Out on the patio you’ll find outdoor dining, a Weber BBQ and an outdoor lounge for enjoying those balmy summer evenings. Guest access You’ll be able to access the entire house, front yard and private backyard during your stay. Other things to note You’ll need to bring your own beach towels for your stay.
