The other queen bedroom has spectacular ocean views and a shared hall bathroom. The garage apartment has its own queen bedroom overlooking the ocean, living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath with laundry. Sit near the shore and roast marshmallows for s'mores by the outdoor firepit or enjoy lobsters on the deck or shoreside picnic table. Cozy and well-equipped, this cottage is a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the Midcoast. There is great fishing for striped bass in Clam Cove at high tide, and it is a short drive to one of the best fishing spots in the Midcoast, complete with a scenic lighthouse at the Rockland Breakwater. Striped bass, cunner, mackerel are also possibilities at the Rockland Harbor. Neighboring towns of Rockland and Camden are mere miles away and offer plenty of restaurants, art events, galleries, and shops to enjoy, and the Samoset Resort, with championship golf course, is a half mile down the road. In Rockland, you can catch the ferry to near by year round populated islands. As stunning colors reflect off the water at sunset, watch the wooden schooners maneuver into the cove for a quiet, safe anchorage. **There is currently a winter tenant staying in the garage apartment until 5/31/26
