The space Neighbor Phuthon offers a total of 3 Superior guestrooms (18sq.m), located on the 2nd floor of our 2-storey building. Each room is decorated with a mixed of vintage and modern furnishing. It features a private balcony with garden view. This room includes: garden view, a private balcony, flat screen TV, internet wifi, a/c, hair dryer, water heater, safety box, kettle, complimentary drinking water and instant coffee/tea. A coin-operated laundry washing machine and dryer is also available. Guest access This listing is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Other things to note - Upon check-in, please present your passport and immigration arrival card to our concierge staff. - Breakfast is available (with extra charge of THB300 per person) in the dining room and at the courtyard garden. - NO loud noise/heavy footsteps at all time since our house is a traditional wooden shop-house style and other guests on the first floor can be interrupted by your noise. Thank you for your kind cooperation. - For a WEEKLY reservation, room cleaning service during the stay will NOT be provided. If needed, a fee of THB600 will be charged per time. Payment is made in cash at the reception. - For a MONTHLY reservation, room cleaning service (including changing bedsheet & towels) will only be provided once every 2 weeks.
