Delightful 3BR – Cinnamon House

Welcome to Cinnamon House! Our modern 3-bedroom condo is fully-furnished and completely equipped to accommodate friends, family, and couples. We've put in a lot of thought – and plenty of colour – to set up the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms in a way that would offer you a comfortable, peaceful visit. We're located in the heart of Hyderabad, in a serene locality and can be easily reached by taxi and metro. We hope you have a pleasant stay and look forward to hosting you! The space We renovated Cinnamon House (our former home) into a contemporary space to accommodate short-term and long-term travellers, visiting from all over the world! We’re right near the Irrum Manzil metro station and Blinkit delivers in under 8 minutes! The Living Room Whether you choose to spend your weekend on the couch or relax at night after a long day at work, our living room is designed to suit your mood. Snug couches, a 55" Smart TV with Netflix included, a homey lamp, and a cool breeze from the open balcony should set you right at home. Of course, you can choose to use the AC as well. The Bedrooms We understand that a comfortable bed is all you need at the end of the day. With that in mind, each of our 3 bedrooms are furnished with cosy mattresses & pillows, ACs, and warm blankets. We've added a lamp on both sides of each bed to add to the ambience. Feel free to use the guest wardrobes to store or hang your belongings. In case you need to answer some calls or get some work done, two of our bedrooms also include a desk and chair for you. The Kitchen We've equipped the kitchen with all the amenities you may need. Whether you’re looking to cook some eggs or make a full fledged meal, we have a 2-burner stove, a variety of cooking utensils including a mixer grinder, rice cooker and a bunch of pots and pans, along with a toaster and electric kettle, and plenty more to assist you. We also offer some complimentary essentials such as tea powder, coffee powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. The Bathrooms We understand that the make-or-break factor based on which guests may choose an Airbnb is the bathroom. Keeping this in mind, our apartment comes with two full baths, complete with a shower area, along with hand and face towels, handwash, and of course, plenty of tissue rolls. The bathrooms are fitted with geysers for you to enjoy a hot shower. The Utility area Whether you choose to stay with us long-term or just for a few days, we've created a utility area with amenities such as an automatic washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener), a refrigerator, microwave, and an ironing board with iron press to add to your benefit. We also provide additional cleaning equipment for guests if you wish to use during your stay. The Parking Space Guests can park their vehicle within our premises. In case of an additional vehicle, free parking is also available less than 100 m from our apartment. Guest access Guests can access the entire 2nd floor during their stay. This includes the living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility areas, and balcony. Other things to note We offer house cleaning every alternate day for short-term and long-term guests, while linen change will be done once a week for guests staying 7 days or longer.
