La Soñada is a magical place to enjoy with family and friends, 10 minutes from Cumbrecita. It is located on one hectare in the mountains. It has a park, forest and the best view! The house is practical and comfortable. It has a living-dining room, integrated kitchen, mezzanine (living room or 3rd bedroom), master bedroom en suite, second bedroom with three beds and full bathroom. Outside it has a deck in front and a back area with an earthen oven and a portable grill. Come and see the most beautiful part of Calamuchita! The space Our house is warm, cozy, comfortable. It has everything you need to feel at home. It has the most beautiful views, absolute tranquility, sunny areas, forest areas, aromatic garden and fruit trees. Many birds and flowers to observe and every so often some foxes or hares that come to visit us. There is wifi, Netflix, YouTube, cable and lots of books! We have two full bathrooms with bathtubs. In addition to the two bedrooms, with a double bed in one and three single beds in the other, we have a spacious and cozy loft that overlooks the living room. There is a sofa bed where two more people can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is super complete, very well equipped to be able to cook whatever you like and there is also a nice aromatic garden to help you make your meals even richer! Guest access On one side of the house we have a semi-covered garage where we recommend leaving vehicles, especially on rainy days. Ahead there is a nice deck, special for sitting and looking at the landscape, having some mates, a few drinks or eating a snack. In the morning it has sun, at noon shade, in the afternoon sun again, and then.....the most beautiful sunsets and nights you can imagine... Behind the house is what we call "the winter patio" because when it is cold it is an open place but very sheltered and very nice to eat or sunbathe. There is the clay oven and the mobile grill. It is mobile because you have to take care of the wind and the sparks that can jump from the fires. Then there is the entire hectare free to explore, to discover magical corners, to gather flowers, blackberries, pineapples, pine mushrooms or stones.
